Event Description
The People's Emergency is born from The National Emergency Briefing (NEB) released in November 2025 where senior experts gathered at Westminster Central Hall together with 1200 MPs, peers and leaders from across UK society to clearly present the evidence of the risks facing the UK.
This film is part of a public information programme to ensure that both Parliament and the public are clearly and honestly briefed on the climate and nature crisis and extends to communities across the UK.
The NEB is building support for a government-backed, televised emergency briefing to the nation. It is asking communities to engage with their MPs and asking them to support the Parliamentary Call.
By attending this screening you will be part of a growing national effort to ensure the UK is properly informed and able to respond. You may also have an opportunity to get involved.
