A visit to Treflach Farm to hear about owners Ian and Stef Steele's regenerative journey. Meet at Llanfyllin Car Park at 2pm to share cars. All are welcome to join in this inspiring 90-minute visit, where we'll explore the realities of creating a truly regenerative holding. There will be time for a wander, a sit-down, and a cuppa. We'll tour the field and mandala gardens, discussing the permaculture vision underpinning the farm's move into diversified horticulture - and what Stef and Ian have learned along the way. We'll also visit the coppice and hedgerows to see how they are managed, with a practical look at the biochar and different composting approaches used to build soil. Crucially, we'll explore how Treflach is becoming a community hub - building partnerships with people and connecting the food, camping, educational and farming enterprises. Whether you're interested in practical techniques, the philosophy, or simply seeing a modern farm in action, we'd love you to see you there.
