Machynlleth Biodiversity Group
We are a group of local people living in Machynlleth and the surrounding Dyfi area keen to protect and enhance the local wildlife, for the benefit of biodiversity and people too, because we are part of nature, and diversity is the essence of life!
Projects include supporting the Dyfi Valley Swifts Project, which has to date installed over 100 swift boxes in the Dyfi Valley, and organising the Bioblitz festivals in Machynlleth in 2022 and 2023.
If you'd like to get involved, get in touch! We meet at 6.30pm on the first Tuesday of every other month, at the Wynnstay in Machynlleth.
